Leeann Chin Cuisine

My food was ok, Leann Chin is my very favorite Chinese food and I live in LA but in from MN which is the only place where it is available. There was only 1 person helping customers with orders and there was several dirty tables and a very long line including several door dash drivers. I'm not giving a negative review to deter customers from eating here, it is only to make the owners aware that this location having issues, maybe someone called in last minute. The guy who was there working, was a very hard worker and very empathetic! I heard him tell EVERY SINGLE customer "sorry for the wait". He managed the best he could and really did an amazing job. I have to give a huge s/o tongue oyster wings! Lol! They are so good! And the honey shrimp also. I cant take any stars away because I still enjoyed my food and so did my children and friend who joined me for dinner here. *pictures below are from my leftovers that I'm about to eat

It was good bourbon chicken just mushy rice. I did see the front counter employee touch the food with his hands.

The food is alright but I’m really excited for this drive thru to open soon.

Used to LOVE this place! New employees have ruined this particular branch! Gave them the benefit of the doubt on two separate occasions and I did not see any improvement. The last visit, I threw most of my food the trash. Chicken was all breading and very hard. Don't even get me started on the chicken DRIED rice. It felt like I was getting the old food 5 minutes before closing. Only it was 5:45pm. Bummer because this place used to have friendly staff and good fresh food!! Now the employees look half dead and I've never seen a smile out of any of them.

Food was like the other Leeann Chin locations. We like it a lot. Even better with a bogo. We had a little wait to order since it was dinner time but items were stocked and the pleasant efficient staff moved us right along. Service was better than I expected. Those people were working hard.

Friendly customer service. Ordered the orange chicken all I really tasted was sauce sauce sauce. Doesn't taste like it used to before. Where they actually had the orange peels and the peppers in there!? Too much sauce killed it for me. I also got the vanilla red iced tea, which was great!

This Leeann Chin is the best one in Minnesota! Every time I go, the food is always cooked to perfection and never dried out. They have great consistency with keeping it clean and always seem to give a little more meat. Great management and staff, not one complaint!

Food were okay, I don't mind the lines, and server did a fine job with my take out order. Only disappointment is that they had no spoons, only forks and knives are available which aren't suitable for eating rice and I'm not good using chopsticks. Hopefully they would have some the next time I visit. UPDATE: They still doesn't have any spoons and the service is quite slow this time. Keep this up and see your points dropping. There will be a strike three and I hope by that time all of this could be improve otherwise I'm not afraid to drop this to a 1 star.

I gave the restaurant 2 stars since the orange chicken. Was very tender..enough where it almost seems to melt. As for the loss of 3 stars, The rice was severely dry, the orange chicken. Didn't have much of an orange flavor that most chineese restaurants would have. The beef n broccoli while the flavor was fine the beef wasn't cut to be tender but chewy like a tough beef roast. The veggies in both the beef and the shrimp I ordered were poorer then even some of the most rundown chineese restaurants. It takes like frozen veggies from the Essential everydays that Walmart sells. Conclusion: very few things were even "decent" and I don't recommend this location. Try a different place even if it's a bit more in cost.

Got there 35 minutes before closing. The door was locked so I had to wait for someone to let me in. They were out of a ton of stuff chicken for sweet & sour, wontons, white rice. How do you run out of white rice?! They didn't offer to make anything and weren't apologetic about the crummy service or lack of food options. I get that it was close to closing, but it wasn't like I got there right at closing time. It's always hit or miss at this location.
