I've been renting a desk here for the last 8 months. The office environment is comfortable and the coworkers are friendly. The staff that manages the space are super helpful.

Beautifully renovated buildings done eco-concious, with elegant event space in one, and a variety of local businesses such as Upright Brewing in the other.  The latter has a spacious, airy entry with an industrial feel.  Very nice balance of heritage and modernity.

Very friendly and nice place for a startup. Stingray is located inside the building and good for quick bites and coffee.

Decent venue for events. Big & open.
