We replaced our front and back lawns with artificial turf installed by Legacy Green Solutions and couldn't be more happy with the professional installation, beautiful look and extremely low maintenance and warranty on these turfs. We recently had some issues with ours that was installed four years ago and Legacy Green Solutions stood by their word and 10 yr warranty and took care of our problem. Thank you Greg and Legacy Green Solutions for our eye catching front and back lawns. I highly recommend this company if your looking to install a beautiful looking artificial turf, installed by professionals, comes with a rock solid warranty and will surely be the envy of all your neighbors.
Just had my front lawn replaced with artificial turf by Legacy. It looks better than I had imagined it could. Jason, the salesman was great, and Aaron and his crew of installers were absolutely the best. It's like they are all perfectionists. From start to end, they worked hard and never stopped. I have never seen a crew of guys work so well together. I was an air conditioning contractor for over 30 years. What I would have given to have had guys like that working for me. And the best part was that your price was half the cost of some of the other quotes I received. I couldn't be more pleased with my new front yard.
I will first say price wise and timelyness this company was top. The work when completed looked exceptionally nice. We had turf and a paver driveway extension added. My issue is when the driveway was put in they did not shut the water off underneath it where the tree used to be as they stated they would. For three days before I got up and noticed water was pouring up from beneath throughout the bottom 3rd of the driveway. I immediately shut off the water and contacted the company. When I was called I was informed they knew the tree was there should have capped off the water. I was informed the area would be pulled up and relayed on Monday morning or afternoon. On Wednesday I had to text because no one had shown up to my house and was informed they thought it had been done and would make sure they were out there the next day. Today, on Thursday they did arrive and pulled up a very small area to fix the leak. I texted Aaron with the company saying they were only fixing a small area and not all the area where the underlayment was pushed up from all the water. My concern obviously being that area will now not be stable and sink due to the base being significantly shifted. I stated based on what he told me the whole area where water was pushing up would be pulled up and redone, which is what he stated to me on the phone during the weekend when we talked. His response was to say it looked pulled up and redone and there is a 4 year warranty. I stated it was pulled up in a small square only and not everywhere water was gushing up. The response I got was, "If you had a leak in the roof you wouldn't tear up the whole roof if you had a leak in one specific area would you?" My answer to that is no I would not, however I WOULD FIX THE LEAK AND ALL OF THE AREAS DAMAGED BY THE LEAK AND NOT JUST FIX THE LEAK ITSELF". I feel the response was inappropriate. This is brand new and I paid a lot of money and it should all be done appropriately. I should not have to rely on the fact it is under warranty and they will come fix it again. What I wanted was for it to all be done correctly and fixed like I was told it would be over the phone. Completely unhappy with the level of customer service. I would say if this was their yard they would want it fixed properly.
