Terrible company to work with. They act like they are nice people and that they will be there for you, but you will see the truth fast. They don't like calls or to try to help you understand the job! All that is cared about here is running a business. When things seem to good to be true, most times they are. I just can't believe how unprofessional they act when you tell them you are not interested anymore. The pay is cheap...and they lie that they will overnight the documents to you...not gonna happen! Please search other process server companies out here before putting your hopes in this place. I see it more as being a crackhead working for these people. Trust me once you sign up you will see for yourself. This is not a good company and I wouldn't recommend them to anybody.
I worked for legal papers for a short time but they were excellent to work for. Legal papers kept me with work and was understanding when I ran into issues serving people. I only left the company because I was pregnant at the time and it was high risk. I recommend anyone that is looking to work on their own time and great pay, to apply for this company. You wont be disappointed!
The process server manager Barbara told me via phone that they never received our documents or check. They did, the check was deposited 5 days after we mailed it. We were never informed at any point regarding the case and as a result wasted significant time and money. I received a condescending suggestion that next time I email a summonsno can do, it needs to be original, and then after confronting her about the fact that they had received our materials and deposited our check, I received not a half-hearted apology, but more like a 1/4 or 1/8 hearted apology. If you are looking for a process server, you can do better.

I am a Paralegal at a Law Firm, and find that Legal Papers are efficient and professional. I like the fact that they forward the affidavits to the Courts for service and non-service. I would recommend them if your looking for a good process server.

It is always refreshing when you come along a business that exceeds your expectations. Legal Papers is that business. It is easy to identify a business that is well organized and has thought through in advance on what to do for each and every possibility. It is also very obvious when a business does not do this. If you want great service then look no further!
Attorney here. So far I've used them for skip traces and service of process, particularly for tax lien foreclosure cases. They submit all their filings to the court so I don't have to worry about it. Rates are reasonable. I'll continue to use them.
As a former Paralegal, I have dealt with a number of process servers and had situations where they were unable to meet my time constraints. Not having proper service can tie up a case for months. This company was recommended to me by a friend. Not only did they reach out to me immediately to discuss, their online system made it easy to pay, track my papers, and leave notes. Service was seamless and was performed with days. I will definitely use them again!
Just start using this process server and they've done a great job, very responsive, competitive rates and they get our paper served quickly. We also like the fact that they pick up or receive the papers within 24 hours reducing the time that we have to wait. I would highly recommend.
