The crispy whole fish with Pine Nuts and sweet and sour sauce taste so good. And I love the Dry Spicy Diced Chicken. Definitely recommend to everyone
A lot of these low star reviews are from patrons who I assume are less familiar with authentic Chinese cuisine. Excellent service, delicious food, and clean storefront. The trifecta. Very fair prices for the portions, too!
This is one of the best restaurants I go to. I can have legend 72 everyday. It's better than almost all of Chinese restaurants I've been to. I think it's better than Che Li. If you like Mala, try Chendu fish fillet and mapo Tofu. If you like basic, simple lunch special, try Chao Fun, kung pao chicken or sesame chicken.
I heard this is the best Sichuan chinese in nyc. it's amazing food. delicious! more than satisfied my deep craving for great Chinese food.
Food is usually very good. Service is a little chilly, not unusual for a NYC place. They have some spectacular hard to find authentic specialties. Don't order what you usually get, explore and experience the dynamic range this place is capable of. Update: Recent trip seems they are back on their game. Ingredients for fresh and delicious and served quickly. Very pleasant visit!
Way overpriced and the portion is small. Rice is also of poor quality and consistently soggy. Their dishes cost 30% more than equivalent restaurants and their entree cannot even feed a woman with a small appetite. Agree with other reviewers that the manager is not client friendly. Honestly surprised they are still in business. Consider yourself warned.
Terrific menu! Great service and great restaurant! Pretty much any taste accommodation you can think of. The Scallops and Prawns in garlic sauce is very delightful. Vegetarian options: Plenty of vegetable dishes. Dietary restrictions: They can adjust the plates to suit your needs, within reason.
Really good authentic sichuan/Chinese food. Always order this place for take out and it never disappoints. Went to the store itself, place was quiet, but good food, but their dry pot could use a bit more sauce to flavor itFood: 5/5
Ordered through Uber Eats. Got the make your own dry hot pot, pig intestine and mapo tofu. The dry hot pot was soooo good!!!!! We ordered extra spicy and it was just the right amount of spicy. Mapo tofu was great as well. I personally didn’t like the intestine dish as much due to the smell, but that’s just personal preference. Great Sichuan food! Will def. order again
Staff speak Chinese and English. Soup Dumplings are simply amazing. Much love
