Just took delivery on a hot tub from these guys. Had an awesome experience from start to finish. Heather and Casey are both extremely knowledgeable and on point. Great communication and customer service.
We purchased a hot tub from Leisuretime. Tom and Casey have gone out of their way to make sure we were happy with everything. They really support their customers! We also purchased ski equipment packages for our kids there. Most literally a fun store with excellent customer service!
Awesome pool place. Knowledgeable in most pool and spa things. Friendly and helpful. They don't push products and make you feel comfortable.
Owners/workers are super rude! I’m in customer service - you get a lot farther with people without being rude. There are so so many other stores all over Connecticut that are way more helpful and HAPPY to help.
Great customer service but the service pricing is insanely high. They gave me a price of $200 for fitting bindings on two pairs of skis, whereas Outdoor Sports Center of Weston only charged me $80 total. I can’t speak for the rest of the business, but they seriously need to reconsider their pricing.
Great place really recommend it. The people who work there know what they are doing and I trust them. They also set up my new board and everything. Great quality products too all the big brand names.

Quick turn around time on snowboard repair and wax. Friendly staff with knowledge of the ski industry. Great selection of snowboarding gear.
