For doing such a thankless job, these guys were very professional and understanding. They towed my vehicle and I can't help but respect them and appreciate that they are the ones doing it. If i had to deal with anyone else in an already stressful situation, it would have been 10x worse.

"NEVER EVER LET THIS COMPANY TOUCH YOUR CAR" This company has royally screwed over my partner in an illegal tow. Lenders took his car from his apartment complex because it had expired tags, like are you kidding that is the most ignorant childish excuse for towing a car. Your company is a bunch of disrespectful ignorant theifs.

Just called this company requesting the advertised service and company was short , refused to discuss the repossession since it was person to person and hung up on me.

This company is dishonest and shady. Different information given to different people. Trying to take advantage of people. Rude and condescending!
