Very disrespectful speaking to the customer. Even if you are
behind on payment there should still be respect to the customer.
I called to ask a question and was pounded on by the assistant manager and a representative whom I spoke with first. She only heard
certain words from me, would not listen to the rest of what
I had to say and started (would not stop) talking over me.
I called back and spoke with the assistant manager to relay my
concern and he started doing the same only being concerned
about the payment not my concerns.
