We do plenty of business with this group and appreciate them for helping clients find loans for automobiles or personal loans that most other banks can't do. People complain about high rates..that's the trade off for no credit, bad credit, maxed out credit, or limited credit. They are a great way to get established and always help our dealership's clients out.

Be careful with this company. They have a ridiculously high interest rate. After 1 year of paying on time, I have barely made a dent in my loan. Be warned...this company will keep you in debt!!! They are not recommended for people who are serious about getting out of debt. They will nail you to a wall..and NOT care! Sharks.

Auto Pay function and customer service is terrible. I was under assumption 2 different times that i had this feature set up. I was moving across country and didn't have the time to set it up so I asked the associate and she confirmed it was done. Then I get another call stating it still wasn't set up and had to pay a late fee again. That's the definition of poor service especially when they could have easily done it like I did. Yes it is easy to set up online WHEN you have the time to do so. This was initially a Spring leaf account in which i had no issues with having auto-pay set up for me. I was told wrong to and had to pay for it!!! In furiated from this small issue because I had to pay for it.!!!

I would not give this company any stars but I had to give them one just to post this. . it is a very bad company and I do not recommend anyone uses them. they will nail you to the wall if you do..
