I own  one of the commercial retail units at the 1200 building. I must say that the quality of construction of the building is excellent. Furthermore, the 1200 Avenue lobby is absolutely the nicest I have seen in my life.  I invite everyone to experience the design excellence and decorating expertise of the common areas, lounge, movie theater, and poolside. The concierge service is second to none. It is quite apparent Lennar offers tremendous value in their real estate offerings and continues to do so with the Henley collection. The maintenance personnel are very responsive and attentive to all of my needs. I could not be happier owning my unit at the 1200 building.
