Thank you for following Covid19 restrictions and thank you for having knowledgeable employees to make selecting a purchasing frames easy.
Made an appointment with eye doctor when I was shopping in the glasses store. They took all my insurance info and gave me an appointment for the following Saturday. When I arrive for the appointment they tell me they don’t accept my insurance and I can pay out of pocket and file a claim with my insurance company. Trash service.
Samantha was great she worked to get the best deal and gave honest opinion on the look of my glasses !
Can't wait to see the results of a great eye exam that will give me 20 20 vision!
The Doctor associated with this LensCrafters is not too great. Doesn't seem to know what is up.
