I was attended by Issac and he provided outstanding customer service. I told him what I was looking for and overall he showed my options and made the process simple. He did not only sell me the glasses but he was able to interact with the customer on a more personal level and that says a lot as a person and an employee.

This was the best experience I have ever had picking out glasses. Tiffany was so patient and helped me pick out the perfect frames. She was very knowledgeable and pushed me to say what I liked and disliked about each frame, which allowed us to narrow down the options. I am very indecisive and I appreciated the extra time she took to help me. Yall I literally facetimed my mom and sent pics to hubby before I made a final decision. It took longer for me to pick out frames than it took for me to receive my glasses. She had them ready within 30 minutes. LensCrafters will be my new go to. I am so impressed! Honey, I’ve never experienced customer service like this and I used to work in retail. Lol.

Tiffany at LensCrafters in Northpark Mall is awesome! She is always so sweet, friendly, pleasant & helpful! I greatly appreciated her patience when working with me!!

I had a wonderful experience with LensCrafters! Tiffany was so great, so much high energy. She allowed me to shop around and then she assisted me. She wasn’t forceful or pushy at all. She even stayed a little later to help me decide on the final frames! Then there was Cori, she was laid back, friendly and very helpful. I like that she gauged my style and delivered honey. *snap snap* And finally, there was Sonny. I spoke with him over the phone prior to. He was nice, and very laid back. He was super helpful. The ladies called him over and he assisted me and making the final decision! It doesn’t help that they all separately chose the same frames for me! It just shows how close they are. They have a wonderful vibe in the store and they have wonderful working relationships. Definitely sending my husband back ASAP! Oh and my sister And my parents lol Thanks guys! I’m very happy!

The service here was awesome! The staff was very polite and eager to help me pick out some frames that fit me. I can appreciate them for being honest about the frames looked good on me verses the frames that didn’t . The staff at Lens Crafters definitely showed me that they had me best interest at heart . I can’t wait to go back and pick out some additional frames.

I purchased a pair of glasses from this location and the sales associate was so helpful and informative. I think her name was Tiffany. She helped me find a great pair of frames that fit my budget and look great on. I'm definitely going to get my next pair of glasses from here.

The sales lady was awesome. I went in with my daughter to fill her eyeglass prescription and usually my daughter hates looking for new glasses. The young lady that help made it easy all while boosting her confidence. Needless to say I hope she's there when we have to get glasses the next time. She rocks!

Hands down it is the best store to get your glasses. Really appreciate the generous store manager Tiffany- haven’t seen anyone with such patience and regard for their customers- in any other retail stores for that matter.

The Lab Technician was the most impressive to me. His name is Sonny Tobias. Great young man that was very knowledgeable and professional. I couldn’t believe the quality of my prescription lenses!
