We feature a selection of handmade frames from brands around the world such as Ray-Ban, Coach, Oakley and many more. The associates will help you find the right prescription lens for your lifestyle. Each pair of lenses, whether single vision, bifocals, progressives or polarized sun lenses, is crafted in our labs. We do what we do because we love eyes and care about the people behind them. Eye exams are available from Independent Doctors of Optometry at or next to LensCrafters in most states.

I've had an exam and purchased glasses. I had a fabulous experience as my 3rd visit in over the last 3 years. I am a very happy repeat customer. Both Dana at the doctor's office front desk and another gentleman were exceptionally respectful, efficient And Very patient in making my appointment time pleasant. My eye doctor Rajeev is thorough, listens to my issues, explains things in layman's terms and is kind and welcoming. Leanne the assistant manager who helped me figure out how to afford glasses and take full advantage of current promos made the process incredibly easy, fun experience. I do not feel that I am rushed or had a sub par exam. I felt as a valued customer with an exam that rivaled Other competing eye care centers. From soup to nuts this entire team is fabulous I highly recommend 5 stars Plus!!
This was really a positive experience overall. Steven was very attentive, knowledgeable, and patient. Both my Wife and I were amazed with Steven’s professionalism tempered with both a friendly and open personality. People were walking up to him during our sessions to share their own happiness, while showing off their new glasses, which he had clearly assisted them with. I mentioned sessions before and Steve’s patience, dedication, and focus which were all exemplified at several times that evening, over the course of a couple of hours: we had 3 separate visits that day before ultimately closing the sale with two beautiful and stylish new frames for my wife’s glasses. I would certainly recommend him to anyone interested in an acquiring the perfect frames for their face without any reservations. Thank you Steven!
My 9 year old daughter needed her first pair of reading glasses. Steven was super helpful and patient! with her as she tried on countless pairs of frames to help her find the best frames for her. Even better he was able to explain why certain frames she liked wouldn’t work for her too big adult frames on a kid in a way that she understood and easily accepted…made my mom part in the process much easier by avoiding the “mom you don’t know what your talking about” tension while shopping with your kid! In the end my daughter walked away with a very positive first time glasses experience with frames she loves!
Fernando Suarez provides outstanding customer service. Helped my 92-year-old mother understand all her options & prices for frames & lenses, very detailed & very patient. The kind of expert, professional customer service I wish I could get anywhere. Highly recommend him.
Sales person was friendly and knowledgeable, the whole experience was quick and easy, Very happy with pricing . My glasses will be ready in 2 hours which I find very impressive. I was concerned that I would have a "chain store" experience, that I would hurried and pressured but it was quite the opposite. Highly recommended!
Very polite employees. Knowledgeable and professional. I had a scratch on a brand new pair of glasses and they ordered a new lens right away without question. I would definitely recommend this store as well as the optometrists there.

Lots of cute frames that would work with my prescription. Price turned out to be very reasonable even with out of network benefit from my vision plan. Easy to be fitted, compare options, make a decision and purchase. Optician who worked with me was friendly and fun.
I moved from Pearl Vision to LensCrafters because of the quick turnaround and the superior service. Steven did a phenomenal job of suggesting frames that suited by face, style and personality. Avoid weekends if you do not have the time to wait.
