I stopped in on vacation to have my sunglasses adjusted and Sean, the assistant manager, went above and beyond. Not only was he very friendly and happy to adjust my glasses, he was extremely attentive to detail and made my glasses feel new again. It was the most caring and thorough adjustment I’ve ever had- and that’s including the boutique optical stores I typically purchase my glasses from and use for regular maintenance. I highly recommend this location and if I was local I would not hesitate to make them my optical home.

The doctor was courteous, and very knowledgeable about his profession. He did everything he could to diagnose the proper prescription for my eyesight. I was very pleased with his service. He answered all my questions and gave me great advice to understand what was going on with my eye health. I am sure that once my glasses arrive, I will be seeing a lot clearer in my profession on the road.

I had a wonderful appointment here. I was helped by Courtney Daniel, whose expertise and kindness really astounded me. She took my RayBans that had definitely seen better days, gave me a cleaning, an adjustment, and helped me with a new case. She sent me on my way feeling like I had a new pair of sunglasses. It was more than a professional interaction, it was a lovely experience.

Traveling through Salt Lake City on vacation and a lens popped out of my friend’s glasses. We stopped at City Creek LensCrafters and Courtney fixed the bent frame and got the lens back in within minutes. She then polished the lenses and we were on our way. Courtney is awesome! Thank you so much!

I had two pairs of my favorite sunglasses that needed to be repaired. One of the pairs, I considered throwing away because I didn’t think there was a possibility that they could be fixed. I was referred to LensCrafters to get them fixed. I was so pleasantly surprised that they were able to fix both pairs in just a few minutes. They were repaired to their “new” condition! When I asked how much the repair fee was, they told me there was no charge. Such a bonus! I didn’t even purchase my sunglasses there either. The staff was kind and friendly too!

Very good customer service, they helped me pick out frames and gave me discounts since i was out of network, ending up cheaper than in network. Also managed to pry my prescription out of Walmarts iron grip when they wouldn't give it to me. Scott was nice conversation while I waited as well.

I had a great experience. Everything was perfect. I got an email to rate my experience but filled it out incorrectly, but I had a fantastic experience and everybody was very nice. I love my glasses! Thanks!

My salesman Scott was incredible. I ended up being the nightmare customer, yet Scott was patient and pleasant through the whole process. One of the best retail experiences I’ve ever had.

CJ helped me and was a phenomenal salesperson. She gave me a lot of her time and was so sweet. I felt that she was sincere in her approach and I really appreciated my time in the shop.

We love the City Creek LensCrafters so much that we travel down from Heber City every year, for the last 3 years, for our family eye exams and glasses updates for all four of us. I know it’s a lot of work with all of us needing glasses, but they are always patient with us and very friendly and helpful. We highly recommended them and will continue to use them for as long as we can! Sean and Lara have been amazing during this trip with fitting us with 7 sets of frames and lenses.
