Today I experienced the best dental appointment I've ever had. The moment you walk into Wall Street Dental is smells so good and puts you at ease. My dental hygienist was Season and she was so delightful and funny. It was my first dentist appointment in two years and I really appreciate the whole staff here. Dr. Campbell was also really nice and listened to my concerns. Definitely will send all my co workers and friends here.
I’ve never wanted to go back to the dentist before. They have taken a totally mundane and frightening experience and turned it into a luxury. The staff, ambiance, and essence of this place is incredible. Dr. Leone is knowledgeable and personable. Wallace was absolutely incredible for my cleaning. He walked me through my x rays, ensured I understood all aspects of my care and dental health, and was so professional. Lisandra is an absolute gem- she sits you down in a private room to discuss finances and is so easy to talk to. Could not recommend this place more.
I’ve been seeing my dentist Dr. Fernandez and Sijan dental hygienist since about 2018 and they have been nothing short of amazing, so warm and welcoming, and always so professional. I have soft enamel and have had a lot of work needed but you would never be able to tell! The office’s ambiance can’t be beat, incredibly well kept, you really feel pampered and relaxed, which can help anyone who feels a type of way when going to the dentist. Highly recommended!
The team at Dental Spa is always professional and makes you feel very comfortable. All the rooms I was treated in are very clean and Spa like guess the name speaks for itself! Both the dentist and the hygienist explains everything simple so you can understand, I have been going there for over ten years and never had a bad experience. I love this team!!!!

This was the most pleasant experience I've ever had at a dental facility. The efficiency, friendliness and professionalism of every member of the staff in unmatched. The dental assistant is gentle, kind and so thorough. The dentist is incredibly knowledgeable, sharp and relateable. I highly recommend this facility.
Wall St Dental Spa’s facilities are great and all appointments go seamlessly. They make it easy to schedule and reschedule as needed via text and are always on time. Sijan is particularly great. She’s very efficient and super sweet! Definitely recommend.
I am so happy I found Wall Street Dental Spa. The space is so calm and relaxing, exactly what you need to feel while at the dentist. Dr. Leone’s expertise made me feel so at peace. Wallace gave me the best deep cleaning ever, I was never in pain. I will continue to be back, for sure!
I’ve been going to Wall Street Dental Spa for 15 years and just had another great experience. The entire staff always takes care of me from start to finish. And Dr. Leone is the best. She’s very professional and talented. Thank you WSD Spa!
I’ve been a patient for more than 10 years, and since the pandemic, the business has gone downhill. The team makes constant mistakes with insurance and their cancellation policy puts their patients and staff at risk. Dr. Leone thinks we should all understand that because she’s running a small business, we should put ourselves and others at risk by having cleanings and procedures while sick to avoid a cancellation fee, instead of ensuring customer safety and satisfaction. However, we are all affected by inflation and the current economy, so being asked to pay/come in when you are very ill is majorly concerning as you should be encouraged to rest and not infect others as the CDC states. Also, other patients should know this is being encouraged as they too are at risk. She argues with patients and fights every review on Google with a response instead of taking the constructive feedback and improving. The team is constantly trying to upsell and their desperation over a $50 fee is concerning. She claims to have many positive reviews and happy clients though they offer free items for 5 star reviews, so why should this small fee trump customer and employee safety? The CDC guidelines are meant to be followed. Two patients out of the many I referred have since stopped going because of the poor bedside manner or office policies and I was humiliated because I referred them. One of them is an infectious disease nurse that made an appointment the same day my cancellation was refused, though I had a high fever and several flu-like symptoms. She was appalled at the business practice, called back to cancel her own appointment, and encouraged me to no longer use a doctor that would insist a patient come in that sick. She let me know that I was at a risk of infecting myself further or other people and this is a medical professional that worked at NYC hospitals throughout the pandemic. I'm sure waiving a $50 fee would have been smarter than losing 3 patients in one day. I was one of Wall Street Dental's biggest fans/ambassadors for years, but I unfortunately can no longer stand by their practices. I'm sure Dr. Leone will respond as she does with every other review with a disgruntled and desperate attitude, but please just take the constructive feedback and move on. Negative reviews don't always warrant a response as they are for you to listen and take action.
