I have worked with Les Olson for the past 10 years. Customer service is responsive and professional. The technical support department is knowledgeable and has always helped solved my issues. I have leased several Sharp multi-function printers over the years and they are easy to setup and operate. Les Olson is a five start company.

We have been using Les Olson at our for a few years now and each interaction has been efficient and resulted in resolution. We recently upgraded our machine and Tyler and Darren came in, set up the machine and paired with our computers and did training with the staff in a short amount of time with hardly any interference for our business. Customer support is great, the online portal is great, and their techs and trainers are awesome. Thank you Les Olson!

The Les Olson company has always been a pleasure to work with and come to resolve any printing issues as needed in a timely manner. All of their technicians and delivery staff is friendly and knowledgeable about the equipment and is able to answer any questions we may have. The service technician, Darren Martin is great to work with and always makes the repair visit as pleasant as possible, and does the repairs as quickly as he is able to. From start to finish, our experience with the Les Olson Company has been outstanding! Derek Taylor had such a upbeat and friendly demeanor from the beginning. He is very knowledgeable in the company's services and went above and beyond the call of services to ensure the whole process was smooth. He evaluated every aspect of our company's needs thoroughly. Afterwards, we were recommended different quotes that we were able to select from that best fit our budget. We very much appreciated that he chose a printer and shredder that suited our office needs. Ensuring through personal visitations and calls that the install was scheduled, and even coming to ensure that everything during the process of the install was correct.We truly appreciate the effort, thought to detail, time and professionalism that Derek took to make sure that our offices were set up properly and that we fully comfortable and satisfied with the service provided. On install day, Dustin and Tyler came earlier than expected. Which saved us a lot of time. Tyler Stinson was prompt on setting up the office to where we felt comfortable the printer should go. He was able to set up the printer and was very kind and prompt to assist his crew members as well as the office staff. Once the printer was installed, he went through the different features and functionalities slowly and efficiently ensuring that all our members were able to ask questions and understand how to program the printer properly. We know that install isn't always the most fun part of the process, but Tyler had a calm and collected demeanor, which made the whole experience easier. We cannot thank Dustin Malchow enough for his patience with our systems. He is an expertise at his field, and we are truly grateful that he was able to set up the printer with our computers so efficiently. Dustin was interactive with us on what he needed from us as well as informing us on what he was working on. He posses great communication skills with his colleges and others to ensure that everyone is well aware of what is going on, while still being detail oriented at the task at hand. He is great at getting his point across to others and yet still being amiable. Overall, we are very grateful we were able to work with this team at the Les Olson Company. They were all very polite, gracious to everyone and went well over what we had expected! We are delighted that this has been our experience with Les Olson Company thus far and will continue our partnership with them.

The installation of the new printer with Les Olson was pretty smooth, all computers are connected and we can even print straight from our phones! Loved it! Tyler did a great job training us. I feel like we know everything we need to, plus some extras.
