Great service today! I had a screw in my tire and was losing pressure. I arrived when they opened and they got me in right away. Quick and easy - $20 since my tires weren't from them. Friendly service. Very clean lobby and I appreciated all of the seating areas and a great bar I could work at with my laptop. A+++

They inspected my brakes for free and also recommended not needed to change the brake fluid. I haven't changed or flushed the master cylinder in 8 years and thought it was time for fluid change. I went there on a appointment to pay $ and get the service done. The tech looked at the fluid and the brakes and said no need to do anything. Save your money. They didn't try to sell me for something I didn't need. They were very honest and didn't try to rip me off.

Monday 11-14-22 this Les Schaub's could not touch my car although they had it for 6 hours. Friday 11-18-22 had my car 5 hours could not touch it again. Tuesday 11-22-22 I tried to talk to the guy at the counter, I asked if they were short handed, answer was no. I said well you have had my car twice and haven't been able to put on my winter tires, he said we're busy. Are you gonna be able to put them on today, answer we're busy. Went to courtesy ford up the street took them 1 hour to help me. This post has been taken down once. It is what happened to me. I'll repost, to warn others.

above and beyond!! these guys could have said no we close at 6:00pm these guys were soooo awsome. my daycare worker had a flat tire at 5:50 pm we put air in it but it wouldnt hold overnight. i called and we were literally 2 min from them and they fixed her tire at 5:56pm. thank u soooo much!

They misdiagnosed my truck twice. Both times I ended up going somewhere else and found out through a real licensed mechanic. I should have known better then to waste my time twice. Lessened learned. Not sure if they are disorganized, dishonest, untrained, or all of the above.

Because I didn't buy the tires at les shwab It is costing me an extra 50 just because I didn't buy the tires from them. They did not have the tires or tread that I wanted or I would have caught them from them I just think it sucks that it costs an extra 50 bucks just becathey are not their tires!!

I drove my husband's Silverando for one of the tyres was running low in pressure. Everything was exceptional even the coffee and the eating of popcorn! Thank you so much. ~~~Anne

Got a big flat driving down 122nd ave, around burnside. Les Schwab pulled this out of my tire. Reg charge $20, since we bought the tires there no charge. Love the service there.

I waited from 3:30pm to 5:15pm to have a low tired looked at & aired up. It wasn't packed with people so I'm not sure why the long wait? The staff I interacted with were very friendly. Perhaps they were short staffed. ‍ Just be prepared for a very long wait if you go to this location or ask about the wait time when checking in.

My family & I have been coming here at this location for services needed with different vehicles for over 20 years; they always have been very friendly, helpful, and excellent job on whatever you need done. Most recently stopped in frantic because my friend & I while driving around town, heard meowing coming from my car- we didn't know where a cat or kitten could be, as we stopped several times to lift & check hood,trunk & everywhere inside my chevy malibu, so then decided to go here for help & so many of the workers stopped at what they were currently doing to come over and help,especially after seeing how upset I was & ugly crying they proceeded in lifting my car up to see if anyone could find a cat or kitten after about 15 mins of checking everywhere thoroughly & still no sign of feline,& not hearing anymore meowing, we drove away in hopes it just got out from wherever it was.Forever grateful to them, as they all were very kind and attentive with wanting to help rescue a cat/kitten.
