I am beyond impressed with this Les Schwab Branch. In particular the Manager RJ. I ordered a Ready Lift 3.5” leveling / lift kit for my 2019 Ram 1500. RJ installed it. After a few days the preload spacer in the lift kit began to cause horrible noise, which made the vehicle annoying to drive, and not to mention I had just spent good money on a truck and didn’t want it to sound like garbage. I let RJ know, and he immediately took my truck back in the shop and began to trouble shoot it. We could not rectify the noise not an install error on Les Schwab part…just an issue with the compatibility of the Ready Lift product with my particular truck. RJ attempted to work with Ready Lift reps and they offered zero solution. RJ offered to remove the lift and install a different option for me. We went with the Rough Country 3.5” Lift with the N3 struts. This proved to be a much more quality product that offers a smoother ride with NO NOISE…and makes the truck look perfect. RJ’s customer service was second to none. He did not charge me for the re-work. His only concern was that I was happy with my truck. His attitude was positive and professional the whole way through, and he offered some of the best customer service that I’ve ever experienced. I will not take my truck anywhere else. Thanks RJ! I am beyond happy with the job you did and the way my truck turned out!
1st time bringing this vehicle in. I thought I had a flat. But luckily it didn’t completely puncture through. I was expecting a charge, but didn’t get one. Gotta love Les Schwab for that. Had a great experience with the tech Brian, he was super helpful, friendly, and hard working. Overall great experience.
I had a stressful morning after learning that I had a screw in one of my front tires that was deemed non-repairable. I’m typically a Firestone customer but no appointment times were available. I frantically called around to Les Schwabs in my area looking to get in immediately to no avail. Luckily the Tigard store had an immediate opening and let me drop my car off right away! Every employee I interacted with was top notch! Especially Tammy! They were able to replace my tires in just a few short hours and I was pleased that they didn’t try to up sale me and even gave me a courtesy quote for a future alignment. They made my whole experience easy and stress free and they did a fine job!! I’ll definitely be back!
Les Schwab is awesome, one of few hold out from back when business tried to help instead of squeezing dry like most big business. Been here twice for a flat repair and each time they have provided tangible results. Support business that still have helpful people.
Normally I don’t leave reviews and I’m not that great with cars! But I have been so concerned with my car that I had to get it checked out first to see what I needed to get done! I had gone to another les Schwab where they had done a tire balance about a month ago on it but never provided in depth with details of how low or high it was or if I needed this or that! Which I can’t thank enough but Brian was who worked on my car and so professional plus informative! He assured me of what I possibly need to get done and what he had worked on! Again thank you Brian, I will definitely be coming back
I was traveling and got a flat tire. I limped into Les Schwab on my doughnut tire, and very quickly they were able to patch my regular tire, put the spare back in place, and they even put the lugnut cap back on. On top of that, they were friendly and had great service. Definitely recommend!
We had a screw in my tire, we went to les swab. Manny was very professional and really smart man. He is a sure employee for that company. Not to mention I and my sister have been less swabs for some time. Thank you Les swab,, and all the great people there. God bless Joey Rochel
I got a nail in my truck tire for work. I was stuck at the tire shop instead of being at my job site I was going to be losing half a day because they could not get my truck in until 6 PM they were slammed I brought it in at 1 PM At 1:30 the manager RJ personally went out and changed my truck tire So that I could be back on the road in about an hour people like RJ and this Les schwab are hard to come by now days After this I live in Vancouver and will drive down here to Tigard buy my tires from them!
Les Schwab is great for tries. Repairs... Well I've had mixed experiences. Tires though, 100% the best place in the Northwest. This particular Les Schwab has a lot of things going for it with it's location. Most of the time flat fixes and new tires aren't quick in and out events. This location has a great deal of easily accessible dining and shopping around it. Fred Meyer, Tigard Music, Perfect Look Salon, Union Gospel Mission Thrift Store, Mazatlan Mexican Restaurant; there's a lot. You can easily plan to drop off your vehicle, go shopping, and come back without having to just sit and wait. Staff are friendly and helpful as well. The only downside was the coffee bar. There is a big ant problem at the coffee bar. Really guys, put out an ant trap. And your coffee is the most watered down stuff ever, but hey, it's free.
Had 3 lugs come off on way to beach after safety check - charged me for it. Bought 4 tires and after 25% of warranty wear they said it needed to be replaced... umm ok - they said since they hadn't been rotated they didn't have to honor warranty ... yup screw those guys heading top discount from now on = even a guy at a different les schwab lol when I asked them about that warranty policy
