Fun store to pop into, whenever I’m passing through the mall I always love looking in at what they have in stock. It’s a bit on the pricey side but that’s understandable given the fact that their stuff is always in near perfect condition and they put a lot of effort into refurbishing their products. Staff is also always really nice and willing to help! Would definitely recommend
I always drop by this store whenever I am in the area. The inventory is very solid from having the usual games for Nintendo or Sega to the obscure consoles like 3DO. While not my market, they have a sizable inventory of trading cards and anime figurines. The prices are fair and the staff are great people.
Level 01 is one of the best shops for retro video games and trinkets around. The selection is huge. They have games, accessories, and controllers for all different kinds of consoles from different generations. All of the products are handled with care and you can tell the workers care about the product being sold. A great shop with a wide selection and an awesome atmosphere.
LEVEL 01 IS INCREDIBLE! If you are a gamer, retro gear, new games, anime lover, Pokémon fan, you have found your home. The prices of all the gear here is fairly priced, and the store is stacked with new stuff every week. The owners of the store are also SUPER kind and keep the place feeling clean and exciting to walk through. Honestly, I feel like a kid again here, and I appreciate it so much! I've been visiting since they were at their old location across the mall, but this is such a better location. I look forward to visiting soon. Overall Rating: 11/10
I'm very surprised I didn't leave any review sooner. But as someone who's been going for nearly a decade, and someone who's purchased some more rarer titles here before, I must thank every single employee here for everything. I truly mean it.
Great customer service, very knowledgeable staff. Good retro and game selection. Definitely worth a visit.
I was about to buy a Blastoise card for $100 but the guy would not let me hold it or even really look at it closely. Why would I buy a card if I can't make sure it's real. I have a feeling it was not a real card and that's why he would not let me hold it. He had me look at it behind glass, I know they sell Chinese knock off DBZ figurines so the fact that he wouldn't let me inspect the card was a huge red flag. He said it was because it was so expensive but if he knew anything about WOTC Pokémon collecting he would know that $100 is not a lot for any shadowless cards from that era. The entire interaction left a bad taste in my mouth and I really question the credibility of that place after that. Maybe it was a real card but I'll never know looking at it in a sleeve behind glass
Love this spot! Always a great selection, top quality, at affordable prices. I got an n64 and a few games goldeneye, smash bros didnt even need to blow into them and reset - worked right out of the gate. So happy this store exists nearby!
Favorite video game store in a 50 mile radius and better prices than NYC. This place in a good mall is worth driving for, I'm a big fan of Level One. Best vintage gamer store around
Have been coming here for years. Even when the owner had their old store. Always great people behind thr counter to help. Looking for vintage gaming. They have it. Looking for mondern console gaming they have it. Or can order. Heck even have great anime figures and D&D equipment
