Levi's Outlet Store

I had issues finding a right pair of Jeans and I thought I give Levi’s a try, and I am amazed by the amazing customer service I received!!! Andy! Helped me so much she found the best 2 pairs of jeans for me it was amazing I actually feel comfortable in the jeans and they are skinny jeans as well if you go there ask for Andy she is the best! I will come back to her for more pants in the future!!! Thank you Andy

Nice selection but we were looking for 505 jeans, and the price was not discounted. And my size not in stock. Price here was about 40% higher than what we ended up paying at Macy’s. Only the clearance items seemed to be lower priced than other stores.

Very rude and condescending employees. They act like they were too good or something like “girl you work at the outlet not the levi store itself, they acted like they worked at Gucci or something but i digress.”Heavy set chick that was at counter was very like rude like she was being bothered or something not friendly at all. They were not helpful. Me and my mom were struggling to get Jeans off the top rack and the employees act like they didn’t even see us. I went to the levi store at perimeter not the outlet and the man was very professional and nice. Even though the prices were higher I rather spend my money there.

They have good discounts on specific things. It really worths

Dec 22 - 12:00pm I love this store, they have really nice stuff and great prices. I would have given it 5 stars, but the ladies at the cashier could benefit from some kind of customer service training; I understand today is a busy day but there's no need to be rude for no reason.

I love my Levi's and this location has the absolute best associates working here. They know how to deliver a great customer experience always helpful. Way to go Levi's and I hope you let your employees know they are appreciated, it rare to find good service nowadays. Definitely check them out.

Went to buy 4 pairs of jeans and one of the pairs I picked was on clearance and not on the buy one get one free promotion. Cashier noticed and let me know so I could go grab another pair for free.

About 5 employees were doing their job while having conversations with one another. I was in their reach and none of them had acknowledged me. I ended up not buying any jeans because I didn't feel valued as a customer.

The staff here is always amazingly friendly and helpful. This is a wonderful place to get great quality jeans at a really good price.

Great store and customer service.. We will be back. We went early to avoid the crowds during the pandemic and boy did it pay off. We had walked/shopped the whole center and was leaving when the parking stated filling up.
