Levy’s Pharmacy & Surgical has been a family owned and operated independent pharmacy for over 100 years, making it one of the longest standing community staples here in Lyndhurst. Our team of dedicated personnel takes pride in providing you with the special one-on-one care only found at an independent pharmacy. We accept most prescription and medical insurance plans, including Medicare Part D, Blue Cross/Blue Shield and Medicaid, but please do not hesitate to inquire about your specific health care plan and needs. Levy’s Pharmacy is also fully accredited by the American Board for Certification in Orthotics, Prosthetics, and Pedorthics (ABCOPP) to sell and rent Durable Medical Equipment (DME).
