Awesome show room. Very helpful staff that doesn't make you feel like you are being smothered. They let you look around without being pushy and are very friendly and helpful when needed. Just got our first batch of tile and it was well packaged and in good shape. Look forward to a long relationship with this company.
Very friendly service and a big selection of nice tile. I would say high-end tile, but there are actually some nice deals to be found here. I've worked with a few tile installers and they said that the tile had to be from Lexco, and they would not work with The Tile Shop tile products. So, when it comes from a professional tile setters mouth, I believe that there's something about the quality of the tile that is also good. Overall very nice and a good place to find tile. The downside is that they don't work directly with tile installers, but they do give you a list of local companies to help you out.
Great showroom with a wonderfully helpful staff. They have a large selection and great prices! We visited a few times before picking out our tile for the kitchen backsplash. They let you take samples home to, just remember to bring them back in a week. I highly recommend if you are in the marked for tile or stone.
Their customer service is poor. I went in and selected a chair rail. Apparently their associate wrote down the wrong item number by 1 digit. When it came in I told them it was incorrect and shared the picture I had taken the day I selected of the chair rail. They refused to let me return it and order the correct chair rail so now I am out several hundred dollars.

From a tile professional's prospective, they employ friendly competent staff to get you what you need, and you cant argue with the price. Laticrete central. Try it across the street, Ill often wait 15 minutes before talking to a trainee.
Hardly any selection of 6x24" tile in ceramic or porcelain. Essentially no customer service while we were there. Unimpressed and will go elsewhere.

I felt that I was an inconvenience with the person helping me. I would go elsewhere if you want some guidance and expertise.
