This place never answers the phone. You always have to leave a message and wait for someone to call you back. I never seen where a clinic could never answer the phone for you. I wish they hired more people so that they can be able to answer the phone!

Absolutely the worst experience ever!!!! The only way to talk to them is to go to the office because they never answer when you call. It doesn't matter how good the doctors are when their staff is just horrible!

They never EVER answer the phone and will not let me switch doctors with in the same practice I have been trying for 4 years it get 3 stars because the nurses in there are great

This office is very unorganized , and does not answer their phone EVER . I’ve called multiple times and they have not answered their phone . It rings as if someone may answer, but then straight to voicemail . It’s very frustrating and not professional.
