First off I was TERRIBLY disappointed in my “experience”. I use air quotes because I didn’t actually get to interact with anyone. I paid this dealership a visit because I’m interested in purchasing a new Lexus IS in the near future, and wanted to take a look at one in person. I was able to park directly in the front of the building, walk the entire lot, twice take a couple of pictures all without anyone saying a single word to me. If I decide to go with a Lexus IS I’ll definitely be making my purchase elsewhere.
We bought the car from Joe Zack. He was great to work with. He did everything possible to make sure I got the car I wanted and that it was in tip top condition when I picked it up. He made me feel like he genuinely cared about us and I really appreciate that. I would definitely buy from him again. I love my new car
I had the best experience ever buying a used car, even though I was definitely dreading it!! I got my 2021 RX300 from Lexus of Birmingham and it was a very smooth process. Scott Walker the general manager was super professional and attentive. The Sales person Berry Dye was extremely knowledgeable on the SUV I was interested in and made my day a true joy from the first meeting, through the test drive and all steps afterwards including spending as much time as needed navigating my new car features and equipment. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the state of Alabama or surrounding states. 5 star rating from me!
Greatest car buying experience ever. Joe S. was fantastic to work with. He kept it simple, gave us our options, was fair, and beyond helpful. We bought a GX for my wife and we love the car! We also love the way Lexus of Birmingham does business and especially Joe!!!!! Very fair, very knowledgeable, just a great overall experience. There is only one dealership for our next purchase and one salesman - Lexus of Birmingham and Joe!!!!! Well done guys!!!!!!!
Joe was Amazing! What a great guy to do business with. He's smart, funny and really knows Lexus inside and out! Working with Joe was probably the best experience my husband and I have had while buying a vehicle! Thanks to all the staff that helped us to drive out with our dream car RX 350!
Everyone was very helpful and accommodating. We were even able to work out a trade in a manner that the fine folks at Birmingham Lexus had not done before. My salesperson Terry was also top notch. He stayed after close to meet with me and make sure everything went smoothly. He was also very friendly and honest throughout the entire process, something you do not see often in car dealerships these days. I highly recommend Lexus of Birmingham.
I gave this dealer 2 stars because of the very nice and attentive service department only. The rest of the dealership I could give no stars. I was told just walking in the door by my Lexus "associate" that the repair on my vehicle would be $160.00 Even though my vehicle had not even been looked at I told her as soon as I sat down that there was water leaking underneath my dash..her response was that it would be 160 to fix it and probably because I was parking under trees? You're not allowed to park under trees ??? Even if that was the case , which it wasn't , I always keep my car parked in a garage- Who would say such a ridiculous thing and then tell you a price before the vehicle was even looked at ? and not to mention that my car was still under warranty?? I honestly thought I was being punked. Needless to say I called Lexus headquarters and the repair was done with the 0 cost to me. ALSO my vehicle is a 2017, and I can no longer use my Lexus inform to unlock lock my doors, start my vehicle in cold weather, ALL SAFETY FEATURES GONE!! Why??? Because it's 3G and it's obsolete? Yes that's what I've been told numerous times by Lexus. Sorry about your luck- we have moved on to 5G. My key fob doesn't even start my vehicle! My first and last Lexus. Do better.
I absolutely loved my experience with Lexus of Birmingham. they made it so smooth and supper fast. I loved that when I called and asked did they have the car in stock i was looking for they told me yes and made me an appointment and had the car waiting on me when i arrived. I also loved that they do not have a mark up on the cars also. they are priced as is
A real class A experience. The salesman was very courteous and informative. He took the time to explain some of the key features of the car and made sure we knew how things worked. While waiting for the car to be inspected, he often called with update on the status of progress being made. I would definitely recommend him!!
I was efficiently and pleasantly guided through the process of purchasing a new UX 260h. Both sales staff Barry Dye and financial officer Fred Allen were responsive and personable. I was alerted to possible savings and methods of increasing value. I would not hesitate to recommend them; the whole process was seamless and efficient.
