This school was created for white students only after the Supreme Court ruling voted in favor of integration. The founder of this institution, was an outspoken critic of integration. That's what you are supporting when you go to this school, racism.
In 1958, the Baptist preacher Jerry Falwell, who would go on to found the Moral Majority, gave a sermon titled “Segregation or Integration: Which?” He inveighed against the Supreme Court’s anti-segregation decision in Brown v. Board of Education, arguing that facilities for blacks and whites should remain separate.
Falwell wrote, warning that integration “will destroy our race eventually.” In 1967, Falwell founded the Lynchburg Christian Academy — later Liberty Christian Academy — as a private school for white students.

For the past few years I have been there, everyone has been kind. I met my best friends there, the sweetest boy I have ever met, and so many other amazing people. All the teachers are kind and supportive. They have an amazing theater program, where I have learned so much. And even though a death in my family, all the students, teachers, and staff were there for me and my family.

I'm a former student. It is fairly obvious that the school cares for nothing but recognition and money. They claim to care for each individual student equally, but it only depends on what benefit the student brings the school. When it comes to disciplinary action, if the student is an athlete or is a high caliber student, administration will either lower the punishment severity or ignore the action committed by the student. The school also has a problem of sticking its nose where it doesn't belong. For example, I had family problems at home, and the school deemed it necessary to become involved. They clearly have no regard for personal lifestyles. I would send my child to another country before enrolling them at LCA. The school is quite frankly a joke. I never have written a review about anything, but I felt it necessary to inform parents that you should look for another school. LCA is definitely not what they preach it to be. The school also has a drug and alcohol problem that administration ignores. I brought it up to them, and they replied, "We beg to differ. We can agree to disagree." I've seen many transactions happen there, but the school wants ignore it so they can keep a perfect image. Please exercise caution while looking at this school.
