I've had my taxes done at this location four times and they've been great every time. The staff is what you'd expect for seasonal employees. I wouldn't say they're tax experts but they're perfect for getting a simple tax return filled. I wouldn't recommend coming here if your taxes aren't simple or if you have many W2s. They charge per W2 entry so the cost can add up. Bonus: they give you $50 cash up front for having your taxes filed with them. (This is the biggest selling point for me and the reason why I use them instead of Turbo Tax)

WARNING!!! ⚠️ Never do business here!! They are Rude and have no customer service skills at all and Truly should be put out of business. They get over on people bringing them Business. Ratchet Secretary try's To be the boss when she should be working at McDonalds

I've been a customer with Liberty since I moved here 3 years ago. I will be a customer with Liberty this tax season. If you are looking for someone who knows every single tax law in America, go to an accountant, they went to school for that. If you are looking to receive your refund check within 7-14 days...go to Liberty. This city is filled with mom and pop stores looking to take your money and not care about their clients. And lets face it, no one has sign wavers like Liberty! Go to your nearest Liberty and you won't be disappointed. And to the person who left the bad review, Liberty goes over everything before you sign. If you felt uncomfortable about the price and the tax preparer, you knew where the front door was. You should have used it! But this is Vegas and it's filled with idiot no-it-alls. Liberty...see you in January and I hope you're still giving out free chips and drinks again!
