Doctor Yousry is the best! Very attentive, answers all your questions. Took a good care of my baby and I through a tough pregnancy. I highly recommend him either for you annual check up or if you're pregnant. His team is wonderful as well! Thank you.
I am an expectant first-time mother approaching my due date and have been seeing Dr. Yousry and his staff since June 2022. I previously switched on a recommendation from a friend after having a few prenatal appointments at NYU. Liberty Women OBGYN is closer to my home and I am more comfortable with their practice than at NYU. Dr. Yousry is very experienced, knowledgeable, and has the best bedside manner. His staff, Michelle in particular, have been very helpful and friendly. My questions are always answered when I leave, as well as through the patient portal, and I feel prepared for my birth in 2023!
The worst medical office I’ve been to! Right from the door you are going to meet the rudders reception workers possible, that don’t even bother to reply to your “hello” and just gossip loudly in a room full of patients! The day of my appointment I came in 20 minutes early, still waited 1,5 hours for my appointment, and then 1 hour more in the doctors room waiting for the doctor! I was ready to dress back and leave when the doctor decided to show up. I came for a regular check up, it supposed to be paid by insurance. While the doctor looked at me I asked btw question. She said “we will do a test”. No consent was given. A half of year later a got 150$ bill for a test a didn’t even ask. Avoid this place!!
Dr. Yousry is hands down the best physician I’ve ever had. He goes above and beyond for his patients. He is genuinely passionate about his practice and truly cares. He’s brilliant, thorough, kind, and an avid champion of women and their reproductive health *no matter what*. Can’t say enough good things about him and his team. Highly recommended.
This place never ever has available appointments. They overbook and you wait for HOURS on the day of your appointment. Today they refused to refill my birth control prescription until I came in for a visit. No problem, I'll make an appointment. The next available? JULY. But here's the kicker-- They wouldn't even refill it in the interim, so that there wouldn't be a pause in my medication. No exceptions because I haven't visited since 2020. Not that I haven't tried-- I called to make an appt and they told me they weren't taking annuals without a 6 month wait
Waited 2.5 hours never seen a doctor. At hour 1.5 I asked how long it would be where they couldn’t find my chart, because there wasn’t one. Don’t even bother making an appt or going. Then a delivery happened and they asked me to wait an additional 40 minutes. I will not be returning save your time and money go somewhere attentive, punctual, and professional.
Went here throughout my first trimester before we moved. Every time I had an appointment, which was about 6-7 times, I sat and waited for 45 min-2 hours to be seen. I had an ultrasound and was told to come with a full bladder, that time the wait was one hour and twenty minutes. The doctors, while knowledgeable, are moving so fast it’s hard to get your questions answered or take a note down with the thousands of things they tell you. I wouldn’t recommend this practice.
Dr. Yousery is truly God sent. He’s the best in his field and takes care of his patients as though he’s family. We need more human beings like Dr. Yousery and his staff is also so genuine and kind. The culture percolates down from top. 5 stars are not enough. I’d give them 10 stars.
Dr. Muhammad is professional, kind, helpful, calming, and efficient. Had a great experience with her as my new regular gynecologist. The office staff were also friendly and efficient. Such a relief to have a doctor I feel comfortable with.
Ok where do I start, due to this neglectful doctor Dr. Zaheda Muhammad I lost my pregnancy, I was overlooked and was not given the priority that of a patient with a high risk pregnancy. I called multiple times into ths office to say I was experiencing bleeding at 12 weeks, all the doctor said was to go to the ER, the second time I went to the ER due to bleeding again, I called the her office because the ER doctor advised that I see my OB within two days for a follow up and Dr.Muhammad instead made it seem like my problem was not of any urgency even though it was the 2nd time I called in about bleeding and she Dr.Muhammad had the receptionist state I wait two weeks for my scheduled appointment. I did not receive a single phone call or any kind of call from the Dr nor the office to follow up about my issue. I can definitely say due to their medical negligence I lost my baby, by the time I was able to get any kind of answer I was at a point of no return and nothing could have been done to save my pregnancy, although i'm sure that if the Dr took immediate action and assessed me the way she should have maybe my pregnancy could have continued. My last straw ended with me bleeding on excessively on an exam table, something that should have been done two weeks prior. If you're not Caucasian or of money do not waste your time here, this is a terrible office and doctor! After almost bleeding to death the night before my miscarriage I called the Dr and instead of her being empathetic, she told my husband and I to look for another Dr because we did not want to wait 3 hours to be seen at Medical Centers ER. She then stated that she'll try to speak and make an emergency appt with a high risk doctor even though she knew about my bleeding before and that I was high risk PT then after that had the audacity to say if her office does not call by 1p.m to notify me about this appt, that we instead call by 1:00pm cause her office is that incompetent and clearly my situation to them did not matter. So 1pm came and went and I did not receive a call, I had to call into the office and that's when they made this "emergency" appt for me, what if I did not call the office?????????? They would have let me bleed to death at home. Please do not make the same mistake as I did. Seek a doctor who actually cares and makes you feel like you matter.
