The art was very beautiful and tasteful. The staff was so nice and answered any and all questions I had. Be sure to check it out on your trip to detroit!

I am rating this on the basis of a place to visit and appreciate the history and architecture, not as a library. I should prob give 5 stars, but giving 4 just because there is not a lot to do. The inside of the building is beautiful. Huge vaulted ceilings, lots of marble. Definitely worth a stop if you are near.

Big, bright roomy space presenting contemporary fine art in downtown Detroit's "The Belt." Both world renowned and new artists share this space. A great addition to Detroit's art community as Detroit becomes the new "Mecca" of the art world.

Gallery is good. Also check out the alley way behind where they curate the walls!
