It’s pathetic in here. Music to loud. Employees run around in and out the store chasing each other. The girl in there working now is yelling to the other employee. Hey white boy hey white boy. People do have names I will never go in here again.
Me and my husband went in last night to get my son two hats made and customized . The gentlemen Manager was very polite and his customer service skills were in point. He was very busy but didn’t stop smiling or break in the moment. We will definitely continue to go back .
Store is never open at 10am as stated. Google needs to be updated or their employees need to show up to work on time. Smh.
The “manger” have kids standing around in there all day and doesn’t work well. When I go in there they are talking about drama…I heard the manger is ganna get sued for telling personal Business.

Didn't have the hat I wanted
We got a couple of custom embroideries done there and let me tell you! The friendly factor was off the hook! Everyone was welcoming, personable and we loved it there! Our three year old practically became their mascot while we were there! Lol I loved the experience and recommend anyone and everyone to go there!!!

I don't buy anything at eastpoint Mall it's just a dilapidated nobody goes there anymore I don't know how they do business, even last Christmas on Black Friday you look like a regular shopping day at Walmart their prices are too high for a hat I think it's ridiculous
