Staff inside and wouldn't open, 15 minutes after showed as open. Lousy customer service.

That guy Nico was the GOAT bruh. The guy was literally running the whole store while he made my hat. Easily the best.

I'm a definite fan of this story of hats it has excellent customer service plus if you're a sports fan they have all types of hats and if you're not a sports fan they have hats that are stylish I'm actually wearing one in this picture haberdasher yeah I know it's just a picture of me but I'm actually wearing Beret hats Kango

The nice young lady working the counter today was terrific, very helpful and most importantly provided value to my visit

Went to go pick up a package delivered to the store that I was told had arrived. Posted hours say open til 9pm, got there at 6:45pm lights were on doors were locked. Waited for a half hour while calling the store to see if anyone would pick up. No one ever came back and no one ever answered the phones.

I've never been to this place and not interested

Came to the store at 10:45am when they are supposed to open at 10am. Doors were locked and no employees around. Just lost a loyal customer..
