Showed up to Lloyd Center today to purchase a new NFL cap, but it looks as though I had wasted my time, because the store looks to be permanently closed. My fault...I should have called first. Lesson learned, especially post-pandemic.
Showed up on a Wednesday at 12:45 pm to get a hat for my son’s birthday and it’s closed. They need to update their hours.
Came all the way from Washington and wanted to cop some hats and they were closed at 1pm on a Sunday where their hours clearly show different.... no sign or reason why they were just closed.
They where closed, but on their site it said open, came all the way to the mall to get a hat and they where closed.
I just bought a very nice san Francisco 49'ers hat and had there special machine switched in memory of Glen R.Iveson,55-20.And I wear it out of respect for my best friend ever.He Pass Away.Ive bought lots of hats there, all very good quality. Great Employee's
We bought a hat from a nice sales man, then realized the marked price was different from the price we paid. We brought it back in a minute later and were told, by another employee that the marked price was a mistake and would not be honored. Not returning to this place.
Justin the manager is very knowledgeable of how thier embroidery system works. Every staff member I've encountered here so far were also extremely helpful.
Customer service is mediocre. Four guys standing in there to busy talking about girls to help. Great selection of hats though.
I'm sorry but when I walk into a store I really don't want to hear about an employees friend getting "poped" advice to manager, rehire! People like that make me wonder why we don't just bomb lloyd center and rid portland of crime once and for all
The first question the salesman in his twenties ask me I am over 50: What questions do you have in your head?" Is a bit funny and a bit sad. Anyway, he was ready to help.
