Lids Locker Room

woret service I've seen in a mall. Left a will return sign for 20 minutes past the return time. After that they had a horrible attidtude. So much business lost because of this service.

Never order online or even at the store. Unless they have the item in their store right then i woudnt purchase from the Lids store again. I was told in the store that they would call me when my order came in and i gave my phone number and all. Its been over a week and my tracking says the order has been completed but the store says they dont have my order and i have been on hold for over a half hour 3 different times with customer service and no one seems to answer calls. I even went with their "call back" option by typing in my nuumber for me to not have to stay on the phone while waiting for a representative. After no call for 2 hours i decided to call back again. I gave 3 stars ONLY because of their in store merchandise. So much for my husbands Christmas gift and a waste of my money since i have nothing to show for what i spent. Of course NO ONE has given me an option for a refund or anything. Straight up BS!
