Love it! This store has hats or caps that some stores don't have in stock. I'd seen 14 different styles of hats with my NFL team logo on it. So Awesome! There's a big variety of everything sporty in this store.

Come get your hat custom made here! Had to find this lids to get my hat done right. Don't let the manager do it though he rushes and the stitching comes out messed up. Let one of the staff members do it. They take their time and actually care

They have a decent selection but their customer service is mediocre. I just went in there on 9.3.2019 at 2:15pm. There was already about 3-4 customers in the store with 3 sales associates on the floor. I was not greeted upon entering. I was not approached while trying to find a certain NFL Jersey. I, eventually, found the jersey hanging at the very top. I stood there for a good 15 seconds that's actually a pretty long time to wait for someone to acknowledge you staring up at the jersey. By this time, the store was empty... still no one approached. I walked around the store for another 30 seconds, waiting for someone to say something to me. Nada. Mind you, the 3 associated were all at the cashwrap talking. I was even able to walk out of the store with no word being said. You must train your associated to completely ignore customers. Anyway I didn't want to interrupt their discussion since it seemed so much more important than their job, I figured I would call and ask my question. So I call and ask if they have Redskins jerseys. The girl tells me that they do not have any Redskins jerseys. Really?!?! I just walked in there and saw at least one. So I say to her, "You don't have any? Not even the one that is hanging up high?". She goes, "Oh, yeah we have that one if you want the old school jerseys. We don't have any of the new ones, we just have Taylor". Now first of all, I asked for Redskins jerseys period. I didn't ask if they had old or new. You know how many sales you're probably losing because your associates are already assuming what I want, not what I asked.

Bought a T-shirt. Cashier left the electronic tag on it. That would have been fine if the store could take it off. Called up and was sent to another store to have it took off. Turns out that store didn’t have the correct tools to take it off either. Terrible customer experience. Know your sister stores if you are sending customers there. Know the services. Otherwise don’t send them there. The only thing retail stores have is customer service and this one does not. This is why more customers are going to amazon. Fix your staff.

very expensive they have free delivery on anything that's over $99 my jersey cost me a hundred fifty and I still had to pay 12.99 for shipping figure that one out. I text them and told them I have heard nothing from them.

You should update your hours on Google so people don’t drive to the store at 9am only to find out you don’t open until 11am. There’s even a handy Covid Hours update. Thanks for wasting people’s time.
