This is an awesome business. Attentive employees who are knowledgeable and take your budget and needs into account. They have a wide range of travel supplies, gadgets and other miscellaneous items. The store is well laid out and doesn't feel cluttered. The parking lot is small but the shopping experience is worth it!
Good customer service
The staff was awesome. Came in from out of town had a short turnaround time on a repair. They did a wonderful job on the repair and the cost was more then fair even with the added rush charge. Keep up the great work.
I wanted a carry-on to exactly match a relatively small underseat storage space. Andrew patiently and persistently helped me, as it took about an hour, and we each had a tape measure to work with. I'm delighted with my purchase, and very grateful for Lieber's and Andrew.
