I have a relative that has been at this facility for quite some time now. Overall I think the care has been good especially compared to the other places they have been. The staff has been polite and very responsive.
My 72 year old aunt went to this facility for rehab for a fractured foot. She received absolutely no rehab whatsoever and they tried to keep her there as long as they could.
The facility i!is well maintained and the staff is plesant and knowledgeable. Iwas there 2weeks and actually pampered
My mother was there for almost 3 weeks. She came out and her hair was sooo matted. I asked why they didn't brush her hair. They said she didn't ask them to. She's 85 with dementia. She doesn't know to ask.
