Story

LIFE is more than a gym -- we're a community focused on health, happiness, and helping others succeed. Because we know everyone has different needs when it comes to fitness, we offer several different membership levels. All levels give you access to one of our fitness coaches, who will create a customized package to fit your personal fitness goals and budget, then follow it up with a monthly evaluation and plan. Once you know what you need, choose from our many classes and let the fun begin. Choose from bootcamp, boxing, barre, Zumba, pilates, kickboxing, conditioning, cross-training, jiu jitsu, and more.
