Life Pointe Village-Southhaven

Life Point Village is a beautiful, clean and state of the art facility! The director and staff are kind and professional and genuinely care about their patients. I can honestly say that I have visited Life Point on more than one occasion and have been very pleased with the facility! The residents seem happy and the employees attentive. Keep up the great work!

My mother has been a resident for over two years. I go visit several times a week and am very familiar with the facility. I am extremely pleased with the level of care she receives. It is very clean and the food is great. I love their open door policy. I can go visit my mom any time of day or night. I highly recommend Lifepointe Village.

I have worked with this facility for over 5 years. It is in a very serene and beautiful area with the best of everything, including their awesome activities director, clinical director, assistant administrator AND top class chef. The administrator, Becky, a nurse herself, comes with many years experience and tons of knowledge, but most importantly a great big heart and passion for what she does. She knows her residents and their families and truly cares for each and every one.

This facility has been a tremendous blessing to my mother. She has dementia and they have a top rated staff that goes beyond the call of duty to make her life more comfortable! Thanks for all you do!

We just moved from Houston and relocated My Mom. She has been getting good care from the staff at Life Pointe so far. I think the staff is trying to do right by taking good care of her. It looks like the care. Could it be better? Sure it can. From Experience I can tell you she had worse. She has been neglected and taken advantage of before. I don’t see that happening at Life Pointe.
