Wayne Cannon owner of Life Saver Pool Fence of Houston came out to our house and did a free estimate. He was extremely knowledgeable, polite, and honest. We agreed on a layout and a price. I was shocked he only asked for a $150 commitment fee. We scheduled a date for install. Everything went smoothly. We are extremely happy with the fence. My fur babies are safe and any future grandkids. Thank you Wayne Cannon.

We have had a pool in our yard for about the last 5 years. The yard is fenced, but we did not have a separate fence around the pool, and up until now, I didn't think we needed one. We now have an 18 month old granddaughter who visits often and has recently started walking. With her new found mobility, she seems to be getting into everything and I decided we needed a pool fence for safety. I contacted Life Saver of Houston to get an estimate. Wayne Cannon, the owner, dropped by the same day, took measurements, discussed options and worked up an estimate, which I thought was very reasonable. I accepted the estimate and three days later the fence was installed. I am extremely pleased with the fence and the added safety it provides. All work was done by Wayne himself, who, as the owner of the company, has a vested interest in doing the job right, and he did a great job. I am thrilled with the quality of the product, quality of the installation, the added safety the fence provides, the reasonable cost and speed from contract to installation. I scheduled an install date a week out after an in home visit to go over details of install. I gave a deposit of 150 to his wife’s company because he doesn’t accept any electronic payments. After I explained the details of the install to my wife, it wasn’t visually appealing and cut off a lot of functionality of our deck. We opted to go with Katchakid instead for deck functionality and also 28% of drownings have a fence that was jumped or compromised. I advised him we would not be moving forward and requested a refund with his wife through VENMO. He then texts me saying deposits are non refundable. The money was never sent to his business. His wife’s business is completely separate. Non refundable deposits was never mentioned at any point prior. That’s a shady business practice in my book. My experience with this business is a 1 star.

Wayne Cannon was so professional throughout the entire process! He was upfront about pricing from the start, and talked us through every step. Can't thank him and his company enough for the safety they have provided us for our little ones!

Wayne installed the fence around my pool very quickly. He does great work and is serious about the safety of my family and friends. I couldn't be happier with the product and the services. There was an issue my fault on the day we scheduled him for the fence and he found a way to come back within a week to do the install.
