Life Storage

I work for a large marketing company and we have warehouse units all over the nation we ship supplies to. With that being said, I cant give this unit enough praise. Which should really show alot. Christopher really went above and beyond. I had made a giant mistake in unit numbers. Chris took it upon himself to physically move and ensure the safety of our 50+ boxes into the proper unit. I am forever greatful! Thank you again Christopher you are a phenomenal human being.

Life Storage increased my rate by 34% over $140 per month in just 13 months! All these places will increase the rate every year once you have your stuff in place, but Life Storage raised my rate 3 times in 13 months... Not to mention in that same time frame, they raised my rate from $368 to $494, Life Storage made it an un-maned location. There's no one working at my location TC Jester & I10 any longer, which sucks for obvious reasons, but it also means I'll have to drive even further to talk to an actual person. Since they have an automated answering machine, no one would answer the phone, and I always had to go in person to talk to an actual person... now I have to drive further and pay more... no thanks. I've had enough, I'm out, and I wouldn't rent from them again.

I always recommend Life Storage to my friends when it comes to looking for a place to store their things. Christopher goes above and beyond to make sure that every I is dotted and every T is crossed so that I always stay updated.

Many thanks to Crystal for helping out with a malfunctioning lock on my storage unit! I was managing a drop off remotely and a busted lock was pretty stressful.

Facility is clean, well lit, air conditioned and secure. I have had a total of three units here over the years. I have never had a negative experience. Most recently we decided to downsize our unit after a move. No hassle, no fuss, Matt got me a right-sized unit in about ten minutes. Noticing I was alone at the time, he even helped me move three very large items from our old unit to the new one. Top notch all around.

Cesar was very knowledgeable and professional and had good recommendations on unit sizes and accessibility. It was such a pleasure discussing the storage options with him. The paperwork and process of renting was easy and reasonably swift. The property seems well maintained and CLEAN!

Clean and secure facilities. Got a great deal on the right size unit. Ceasar was very helpful. My only complaint is I got one of the last units so mine is not close to the elevator, and with their flat bed carts it's not that far.

Best storage facility in town! I've used this location multiple times, always tremendous service and super friendly. Cesar, the manager, is the man. He helped me out when I was in a bind, save my day. Love this place! Great prices as well.

I have been with this place for so many years and have never had a problem with them. The service is great and everyone is so nice. Cesar is the nicest guy there and very helpful,he is always respectful and courteous. That man goes above and beyond for me every time
