The staff-especially Rick and Andre were so accommodating and friendly and made it so easy to rent the unit. They were always available and answered all my questions so I knew they were the correct storage facility. The facility is well organized and incredibly clean. They helped make the moving in process a pleasure. I would highly recommend them.

Moving your things in and out of this place is like trying to get into a military base. Code has to be entered to many times. The staff are nice people but it's only one person to handle all of the jobs by them self. This could be a better place if they would add more staff.

The General Manager, Rick, and Assistant Manager, Andre are the best customer service people I've ever met in the storage business. The building has the cleanest floors, bathrooms, and elevators. They run specials online so make sure to check the website. They'll match the price in the store if you mention it. They have some covered parking which helps a lot when it rains. The level of security is better than any place I've ever rented cuz you need a code to get on the elevator and to enter and exit the gates on the property. Tell them you read my review please. I'm a Level 4 local guide on Google currently. Hope you find this place and enjoy renting as much as I have.

A great place for any and all your storage needs. The units, floors, and the whole facility is always clean. For my 10 years of storage there, Rick has always been friendly and accommodating. He always went out of his way to meet your needs. If I ever have a need for storage, I will definitely use Life Storage at Briarwood.

We had a storage unit in the I-85 access road facility since 2013. Our children were back and forth between schools, apartments and finally homes where they can now house their items. Unfortunately, over those years, the prices continually went up and up. Probably the same case anywhere. The location is safe, electronic access to premises as well as specific floors. The best thing about it has been the continuous presence of wonderful manager Rick. I would love to think that there is no corporate greed, and that he is well compensated, however, I see he still drives the same car, and cannot yet afford to buy his own house. If one thing should change, it is to pay him a true living wage.

Andre was a great help in providing details about the available units and ultimately setting me up today! He is definitely an asset to your business, providing great customer service. I would refer anyone to this location, which is clean, reasonably priced and in a great location.

I’ve always been a bit weary of storage unit rental facilities as I’ve had some bad experiences. However, stopping by here has not been one! I came in looking to rent out a small unit and was helped by assistant manager, Dre. He was very patient and made me feel welcome! Honestly, the customer service was top tier! I’m looking forward to my continued business at this facility.

My storage arrangement plans literally changed four different times in four days. I wasn’t exactly sure what size storage unit I would need!! Rick and Andre were very helpful in pointing me in the right direction. Thanks for your patience guys!! I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.
