A friend recommended this spot. Super easy to get myself a storage space here. Highly recommend. Great customer service and great prices. They had just the right size space for all my extra stuff. So much better than the last place I tried to store at.

Lately, the people managing this location have gone above and beyond to make improvements that have had a great impact. In addition, I’ve received excellent, friendly customer service, particularly from Sybil and Sherry. I’d highly recommend this storage facility to anyone.

I haven't rented a storage space in years. This storage facility is good size, it is impressive and very clean. Tom, a new associate with location 716, showed me my unit listed as a 7.5'x10'. It's beautiful, plenty of room, I got a great deal on the price!

Jessie is super nice, knowledgeable and helpful. Had a unit here for about a year and just closed iut our account. Nothing but good experiences every visit. We had an indoor unit which stood at temperature every visit, only small complaint is the light in the unit didn't work all the time. But other than that, like the security, friendliness and ease of everything here. Will def. Come back if torage space needed again.

So far these folks at this storage place have been very helpful! Especially with the 1 dollar move in special!

Great facility! Dee is so awesome and conducts herself in a very professional manner and is very helpful and informative. However I made the mistake of making leita mad or upset when I went to use the restroom which she happened to be cleaning and being that it wasn't an emergency and I wasn't sick or anything, I told her no rush take your time, and she got really bent out of shape and stormed out of the bathroom ranting about how she isn't done and we'll just have to come back and clean it again. When I was done using the restroom I walked back to my storage unit where I was making an inventory of everything in that storage unit and recording serial numbers and anything of importance and anything that the Insurance Company will require in the event that I have to file a claim, she decided to come up to my storage unit to tell me in a very rude manner that I can't be hanging out there because it's a storage facility. I then informed her that I was making an inventory and recording any important information related to my storage unit, which seems to go in one ear and out the other because she didn't even respond to what I said, and instead she said that it looked to her like I was just hanging out and that I can't hang out there. So I told her no definitely not hanging out just making an inventory on recording any important information as the Life Storage website says to do and again I was told the same thing. By the time she left she had repeated the same thing about 5 or 6 times as if I wasn't listening the first time. So at that point, I put all my stuff back into what it was packed in and I left the facility so she wouldn't get any more bent out of shape. The next day I returned to the facility to try to fit in my inventory only to be again hassled after about 5 minutes of being there, and she was hassling me about organizing, even though I was never organizing at any point and I made a very clear that I was making an inventory and recording any important data, but somehow she interprets that as me organizing. Then I asked her who her Supervisor was and was, and she said who her Supervisor was and was, and she said she is the supervisor. I told her I was aware of that but still she does have a supervisor above her and I would like that person's name and contact info she then gave me eight first name of Greg and then I said Greg who and then she said Greg he's the area manager it's just Greg. So I said does Greg have a last name, and after some serious hesitation gave me his last name but wouldn't give me the contact info so I went inside the office to ask for it again and she said his number is the 1-800 number on the door, but unfortunately that was just be customer care number. So now I'm trying to figure out what her supervisors contact info is myself since for some reason she wouldn't give it to me. Please don't let this review stray you away from using this facility because it is a great facility and everyone I've dealt with so far other than Leita has been beyond helpful so just make sure not to upset Leita because you'll most likely have a very unnecessary hassle to deal with if you do.

Mae was such a great help! She gave great advice on packing and was just so kind in such a stressful time. Highly recommend!!

Save your money, these other reviews are pre employees quiting I'm assuming. We went to open a second unit, had an appointment which was set online and apparently they didn't have anyone working the property that day. The unit was to small so we called the corporate number, they representative found a unit we signed the lease and moved our stuff in. The next day we were sent a message from a manager there named Alexis who said we broke their security and was kicking us out of the unit after we just e-signed paperwork and paid it. We explained that we were directed to that unit by one of the companies representatives and showed the new lease. She called us liars and said corporate would never do any of that even when looking at the lease and showing her the phone call. Complete joke of a situation, even after we told her to stop reaching out to us while we spoke with corporate she repeatedly called us. This company just lost two paying customers because of their ignorant store manager, like I said save the headache and your money.

I've been coming here for a year & a half Jesse is ALWAYS so kind & helpful. I recently needed another storage unit & it was my 1st time meeting Mel, she is an ABSOLUTELY AMAZING EMPLOYEE. I HIGHLY recommend going to her for any questions you may have, she's extremely knowledgeable & thorough. I left with the upmost confidence in my decision for an additional storage unit, she went above & beyond for us. You simply don't get that kind of service nowadays & it truly made me feel like part of the Life Storage family. I will NEVER go elsewhere for any of my storage needs, I'm grateful to feel so secure with my possessions at this location. Thank you so much for hiring people whom take such pride in their work & treat customers with the upmost respect. I will continue to tell anyone whom will listen that this is THE BEST storage facility I've ever come across in my entire life.

I work for a great company myself and let me tell you I came here and got the best service available. It was very clean and there was a very nice man upfront name mosi who took the time and helped me out with everything. I love the space and customer service highly recommend this place to everyone who stays in the Lakewood area. Very helpful and understanding
