Don was very welcoming and friendly. He efficiently assisted finding the right storage unit for a good deal and made sure I got supplies if I needed anything. Units are clean, could be a little better lit in the old units, but good enough. There is a good security system in place. They have a 10% discount for military.
Such a wonderful lady who works here. Kim has helped us so much and didn’t blink an eye running back and forth taking care of things for us! As we re out in 100 degree weather she offered us drinks. It was such a nice touch for us being so exhausted. Forgot to sweep the hallway and she took care of it without my trouble. Thank you for having such a wonderful person working for you!

Amazing place with an amazing Staff! Donna was friendly on the Phone and Amber did an excellent job at helping me find the right storage unit and keeping my stuff safe. My company has a work unit here and I now have a personal one and would recommend this place to anyone! But be quick they almost Full!!!
Nothing but good things to say about life storage. Customer service is great! My climate controlled unit was always the perfect temperature. 10/10 recommend!
In the 15 months of storing here I had great customer service overall. My rates went up otherwise I would have continued with my storage unit.
Been in this place for 13 years never has this place ever decide to just randomly close and not tell their people on the day the rent is due by on a business day and never have I ever gone anywhere where they openly admit to PRICE GOUGING people who are struggling financially as soon as this holiday is over I'm leaving this place I've never felt more disrespected or met such unprofessional set of staff
Location is prime. Customer service is outstanding, 2nd to none. Units are clean and affordable. Look no further.
Holy cow had such trouble with my unit and had to move to another and Kim helped me every step of the way.. with living an hour away her communication and making sure we were taken care of is something you just don’t find anymore.. so happy she is with your company! For that we will keep coming back.
Rebecca pictured below and Aimee have been amazing since I started with Life Storage 3 months ago. I had to switch units recently because I wanted more space and they made it so easy and saved me money!!! I won’t go any where else. Come see these girls they will take great care of you
