Samantha was professional, friendly, and accommodating in helping us access our storage unit we could not find the keys for. We had to have the locks "ground" off.  We have done business at the Orchard Lake location for many years. It is convenient and safe. Thank you Samantha!

The location manager, Samantha, is a reminder of what customer service USED to be in the past and needs to be once again. Definitely 5 out of 5 stars from me.

Easy access and very clean.  Priced right and extremely courteous staff.  I stored my 1929 Model A Ford and rarely did I have to dust or re-wash due to the gaps at the door or roof.  Never disappointed!
