I got my hair done in the spa and Lexi is awesome! I highly suggest she do your hair.

Great place to have a good workout or relax in the spa, sauna or steam. And The kids academy it's a safe place to leave children exercising too.

I believe this may very well be the best gym in the city of Memphis.

It is one of my favorite places. The staff is super friendly, and I always feel welcome in the new classes that I try. It is immaculately cleaned throughout the day, and I feel very safe working out there during this pandemic.
