My forever church. Have been attending for years and everyone is so friendly and kind. I have been serving for two years and love it. Always feel included and they have so many events for everyone.
It was a great experience to be there. The professionalism how they performed the service and everything else is outstanding. I got a very warm welcome and enjoyed the service from the beginning till the end on very comfy chairs. Nevertheless I got the feeling that god is in the core of the hearts of the people here and they do what they can to share and spread those feelings.
Went twice. Music was solely Lifegate songs. Message was amazing both Sundays. Seems like churches are trying to be like Elevation church but a lot of us miss good old worship songs and the congregation singing a hymn now and then.
I love this church, but we lack DIVERSITY in leadership for sure. This is 2023 and it would be nice to see people of color fully represented and not just one race.
Lifegate is full of people who love Jesus, love each other, and have a heart for the world around them. The atmosphere is welcoming and energizing, but the teaching is also relevant and insightful. My family and I are blessed to have Lifegate as our Church home. Come check it out!
Several locations. Lead pastor gives excellent sermons. Active in community. Awesome contemporary music, many activities, caring staff. Variety of friendly people and groups to join! Family friendly. Wish they had some social singles groups
So my husband and I moved to Florida about 4 years ago and are still looking for a church down here that’s like Life Gate. So I listen to Life Gate sermons quite often. I listened to the July 14, 2019, and just wanted you to know, this sermon was amazing. Taylor was the catalyst God used to humble me, and apologize to a friend that had hurt my feelings. He’s an awesome preacher. Stick with preaching Taylor, you have a gift.
Most churches, sadly, make people feel like outsiders, 'sinners', or just plain aren't normal people. The thing that stood out to me about this church when I first came was how REAL everyone is. The sermons preach and help without condemning. The worship is simply awesome and relevant electric guitars, great vocals, Christian rock. And they truly helped me get closer to God. If you want to go somewhere where - no matter where you are - you won't be JUDGED, just listened to or maybe even better - left ALONE to figure out whether you like it or not - go HERE. Every city should have a church like Lifegate.
The church itself is a wonderful place, and most of the people there are kind and polite. The only reason I didn't give it a fifth star is that the youth ministry isn't really the greatest. I have seen people smoking weed right outside on multiple occasions, and I'm fairly oblivious so if I see it, there are most likely kids being offered weed on youth nights. Tl:dr good church not so good teens.
I absolutely love Lifegate! It's my church away from home! Reminds me so much of back home. Came in about a personal issue one day and was only able to talk to a secretary. She had me in tears and turned my thoughts around and gave lots of hugs. She made a difference for me that day. Love this.place!!!
