Originally had a good experience. But if your going to go buy a vape as a gift at this place, DON'T...They don't refund if the person you bought it for doesn't like it. Had the HARDEST time returning it. Luckily the item we bought had a manufacturers defect or we'd be stuck with a vape that we didn't like. I'm sure there are other, more convenient places to buy a vape that stand behind their products and don't give you a hassle.
Went here because it was close to my work. Automall Needed to upgrade from my starter stealth kit aspire breeze to an actual mod. Gotta say I was blown away by the level of customer service here, I can’t remember her name right now, dark hair but she helped me with everything, she is extremely knowledgeable about their products, allowed me to test a few flavors, and even gave me a lesson on how to properly use a vape. They set me up with a great device, Aspire Zelos and another really nice lady even personally made my liquid specifically for my needs. Totally didn’t feel like a sales pitch like my previous vape shop, honestly felt so welcomed and I left completely happy. I would recommend this place over and over. Definitely will go back for any and all of my future vape needs. Love it!
Went in yesterday and bought a new vape the ladies there were very helpful in the store and they went there and showed me how to operate my new vape I highly recommend this store
Excellent service, I didn't get the woman's name who helped us, but she was a gem! I needed some house for the drive back to California and she set me up with their Snicker Doodle House Blend. It was made fresh with my custom nicotine level. Next I'm in Henderson I'll be coming here for sure!
Amazing customer service. The lady that worked there today was very friendly she showed me how to change my coils properly. I got the watermelon liquid and she let me try it before to make sure I liked the flavor. It tastes and smells sooo good and customized the nicotine just for me. I will definitely be back!
Happened upon the shop by accident on my way to work in the area. Required new coils and was greeted by a very friendly staff member who was happy to sell me the coils but wanted me to try out some of the liquids. I had some time to kill and was happy to sample. Zebra Stripe Gum... that is the real deal. Best flavor I've had since I started vaping. Definitely a great choice for this young man to have recommended. I'll definitely be coming back to this shop in the future. Thanks for the great service!
This place is by far the BEST vape shop in town hands down. The customer service here is second to none. I was very very impressed.The employees there not only are very nice and friendly but extremely knowledgeable on everything they sell. They also have a great variety of liquids as well. Truly had a wonderful experience here. Anyone who is unsure on where to go trust me come to lifestyle vapors they will take care of you. They know their stuff!!! This will be the only place I go to. Thanks guys!!!
Went in today, and while I did not try any flavors or buy anything, I applied for a job, and the folks working there were some of the nicest people I've met working in a vape store. Very professional, and laid out nice and clean. I'm absolutely going back to see what they have to offer. My first impression was validated by their willingness to help me. Very friendly workers, very approachable and kind owner. while the arsenal was not as big as some of the other vape shops around town, they include many of the best known brands and supplies, and had all essentials. didn't get a chance to check out flavors, however service and friendliness are number one! I've been vaping for a long time now and since I moved here from LA, I have to say this place makes me feel at home. The staff is great, the e-juices taste bomb, and prices are great! When I left LA I did try a few places and I was very unhappy. So every time I went back to LA, I would buy as much as i could so I didn't have to worry about running out, lol. Since I found this place, I now buy all my e-juices here.
This is seriously the best place to go!! Anna and James are wonderful and can answer any question you can throw at them. They definitely know their stuff. I have been to multiple vape shops in Henderson and they all seem dirty with people hanging out playing video games, and dogs wandering around. I feel much more secure at Lifestyle where I know I'm getting something clean and top quality.
