I'm a young, healthy, and extremely active person - and I injured my knee a few years ago. Three years and 7 surgeries later, I've found myself in chronic pain, sleeplessness, and confined to a knee brace. I have honestly tried everything, from injections, to PT, to water PT, to medications, to yoga, Pilates...you name it. I'm pretty skeptical of a lot of things, but open to feeling better. After I started "throwing out" my back more than once, rendering me useless and unable to function as an elementary teacher, I took my good friend's advice and booked it to Lifeworks. They were so kind, empathetic, and accommodating - and also really affordable. When I started seeing Abby, everything changed. She noticed how my other leg and back (and entire body) have been compensating for my achy knee, and we've been working through my years of pain through my back. And much to my incredibly skeptical mind - my knee has felt better than it ever has. Almost like new. After so much pain, and so many trials, I can hardly believe it. She's amazing. Abby's definitely changed my life for the better. (PS -As an art teacher, I truly appreciate the office, too -it's a gorgeous, rotating art gallery!)

Dr. Abby has provided excellent care for both me and my daughter. Both of us had ongoing issues and never realized how much gentle chiropractic care could change our lives. I highly recommend her to anyone suffering with daily pain or impairment.

Where do I begin? I’ve been a patient of Dr. J’s for over a year now. I’m so pleased my boss recommended him to me! He understands my needs and is very knowledgeable about the correct form and method of therapy for my particular situation. I also adore the friendly, professional staff and the calming office environment. While recovering from major knee surgery, he helped my back and body get where it needed to be, the right path. I have and will continue to recommend him to family, friends and coworkers. “Go play!”

About 2 years ago, I threw my lower back out and could barely walk. The kind folks at LIfeworks Chiropractic fit me in for a visit and I've never looked back. Both Dr. Jay and Dr. Abby give first rate care. They first helped me through my acute pain, and I have continued to see Dr. Jay for wellness visits twice monthly since then. The gentle and profound adjustments I receive not only help keep my back healthy (I haven't had a serious issue since I began care), but help relieve many layers of stress in my body. The office staff is so caring and competent. They go above and beyond to accommodate their patients. The continued care I have received is a critical part of my self care and every time I leave their office, I feel so grateful to the team at Lifeworks.

I've been visiting Dr. Abby for about two months. When I first came to the office, I was suffering from severe back pain that made it difficult to sleep, work, even sit! Dr. Abby evaluated me and put together a care plan that had me on the mend very quickly and feeling completely better in two months time. It's so wonderful to be painfree and I'm very grateful to Lifeworks for the treatment plan and these results! Dr. Abby is amazing!
