I came to Lifeworks for Nutrition Response Testing at a time when I had a lot of physical and emotional stressors in my life that were negatively affecting my health. Initially it was fascinating to see Dr. Matt uncover health issues non-invasively that took other doctors multiple appointments and multiple medical tests to figure out. As I continued to work with Dr. Matt, it was validating to confirm many of the things I always thought my body struggled with that my primary doctor ignored and dismissed. I would highly recommend this to everyone who is seeking a better understanding of their overall health and to those wanting to stay proactive in their health and wellness.

Life work has done wonders for me. All the pain I had been suffering for 4 years, with just physical therapy has improved my mobility very well.k No more pains in my leg no more pain in my back. I'm able to move and go back to what I used to do.

I am completely impressed with all the services this place offers. I see Dr. Matt for wellness, I receive physical therapy, I get chiropractic care and I get trigger point injections. EVERYONE is so knowledgeable and professional. I feel better than I have for a very long time. To top it all off, EVERYONE from the secretaries to the extraordinary technicians are happy and friendly. It is very evident that they care for you as a person. It is truly a delightful experience. I really like how they work with you. Feeling much better now. They are very good. I have neuropathy in my feet which was getting bad. Balance specially. I knew I needed to do something quick to help it get better. Been going to them for a couple months & can feel the improvement big time. I recommend these people to all who needs it.

Everytime I go in, I get the best adjustment from Dr Lindsey or Dr Matt! They truly know how to make me feel better! Dr Matt is also working with my nutrition, and giving me the supplements and guidance my body needs! The staff is awesome, the best EVER!! You must go in to see them.

I kept seeing LifeWorks commercials on TV and occasionally on Facebook. I had been struggling for quite some time with pain in my knees and lower back. I had been getting steroid injections in my knees and lower back. First injections went great. Got some relief. My Orthopedic Dr said I would need knee replacements when there was no relief from steroid injections. Basically the only thing the injections were doing was raising my blood sugar levels higher. I DEFINITELY DID NOT WANT THE KNEE REPLACEMENTS. I kept praying and finally realized The only way I would know is to get an appointment with LifeWorks Integrative Health and make my decision. They accepted my insurance. LifeWorks has brought me so much relief. Their program with adjustments and healthy injections and physical therapy has made such a change in my life. I am able to walk without so much pain. I am able to keep up with my home. My husband decided that he also would benefit from this program. And he certainly has. We both are enjoying a much more active life. We definitely love Dr. Matt and all his staff. I always felt welcomed by each one. They are so personal and fun. There is laughter in this office which is important to me. I often recommend LifeWorks Integrative Health and will continue to recommend them.

Very friendly and professional staff. Nick physical therapist is amazing. Ambria nurse practitioner is so sweet and answes all my questions. Lindsay chiropractor has a gentle touch and helped my lower back pain.

I'm 62 years old. This February will be 5 years since I did a total knee replacement on my right knee. For the last 4 years I've dreaded doing this again on my left knee. While I have no complaints with the outcome of the surgery, I didnt want to go through it again. After about 8 weeks at twice a week appointments at Lifeworks, I can say with confidence I made the right choice. My pain is almost gone. I have very little down time now. No more limping. My strength and flexibility is almost back to normal. Now I only have 3 appointments left and I'm doing well. Between the shots and the back adjustments and the physical therapy, I feel pretty darn good. The staff is very knowledgeable and who knew therapy could be fun. I believe this is the real deal and I know I made the right choice.
