My sister gifted me her session for my birthday and I didn't know what to expect. When I got in Dena was warm n welcoming. The room alone is relaxing. I really enjoyed my session. Dena explained to me what we were going to do and once we started I didn't expect for her to guide me all the way back to my childhood. I felt safe to revisit that part of me and found out that I was harboring stuff from that period up until now. I’ve really been struggling with so much. This therapy is so non traditional… my “woo woo therapy.” It brings me to center and brings me an inner peace unlike anything I’ve ever experienced. I’m learning to let go of the stories I tell myself, I’m learning to love myself. I haven’t felt this kind of inner peace in way too long. Life doesn’t have to be so hard. Dena has helped me accept that I don’t have to control everything and that I deserve to be happy… I am truly enough.

Dena is amazing! She is so easy to talk to and I connect with her very well. Initially, I was not sure if spiritual therapy is what I needed, but I have been to two sessions now and each time I have come out feeling as light as a feather.
