Debbie is extremely rude. She told me that you do not have to worry about touching up the walls during move out and proceeded to take all, plus more, of my deposit away to repaint the apartment. She may do this to everyone that leases here.

Building 5 is a mess and the Landlord, Debbie is completely out of touch and has the audacity to be rude! They’re mice in building 5, loud music and neighbors that apparently don’t do anything but smoke weed and play loud music all night! There’s spiders, ants, and other random bugs in the apartments and when you mention it to Debbie her stupid response is “no other tenants have complained” which is totally unprofessional and stupid! They expect for you to pay their large amount of rent on time and can never seem to address the ghetto things that takes place daily! I’m moving when my lease is up and I suggest any future tenants looks elsewhere unless this is your type of environment!

Lived there for a year and the woman in the office has a absolutely horrible attitude. The complex has nothing to offer for families. No pool, no exercise equipment, have a couple of wash machines and one was been broke the whole time I was there. Can’t rent or use clubhouse, nothing for kids no swings, basketball hoops. They have so many rules that does not promote a community. Maintenance is a joke they have no skills. Too many other places to rent in the area to settle for this place. You will not be happy here.

I absolutely love everything about Lighthouse Apartments and would still be there if I didn't have to relocate for work. They didn't just give me a place to live, they gave me a home for 3 years. Very clean, timely maintenance responses, excellent property upkeep with a caring, professional and attentive staff. I'm truly going to miss living there!

By far the worst place I have lived. Lady in the office is the most unprofetional, disrespectful, rude person i have ever delt with. I cant believe they keep her around. Had a issue with my aiconditioning and it was a fight to get it fixed. I asked for her boss phone numder or number to the corporate office she refused to give it to me.

This place is a joke. Be careful if you rent here. You email information the the management office office stating that you have removed a pet or a return address, make sure you keep all that because they will say you didn't. And make sure if you remove a pet that you make sure they come to verify. They will charge you after you move out if the hallway and stairs outside your apartment has any trash or debris in it. You will not get any of your deposit back if there is any kind of marks left on the wall from furniture because they will repaint the whole apartment. Make sure all lightbulbs are replaced and I'm working order or they will charge you for that as well. I have never in my life felt with an apartment complex that has done something like this. And a return address make sure you send them a forwarding address multiple times and keep copies of that email because they will say they never received this forwarding address.

I have lived at Lighthouse Apartments since early 2011. The entire staff has been very courteous friendly, and helpful. When moving in my apartment was spotless. There have been a couple minor issues and they were addressed quickly and very satisfactorily. The complex is very quiet, safe, and no issues with other tenants. I love my apartment and would highly recommend.

My wife and I stayed at Lighthouse apartments for over a year and a few months. The two bedroom apartment we rented was very nice. I liked the layout and the tall ceilings . The neighbors were friendly--some were loud, but for the most part I had no issues with them. We got our deposit back because we cleaned! I am talking to you, one star reviewers The staff was wonderful. I ordered an important medical package and I missed it at my apartment so UPS delivered it to the main office. The office was closed when I got there. I then went into panic mode and called the maintenance guy almost 20 times. He was nice enough to leave his family dinner, pack his young kids into the car, and drive over to help me. I tried to pay him, but he refused my money. That dude knows how to be a descent human being.

I have lived in my 2 bedroom apartment for 2 years and I have never had any problems. The neighbors are nice, and the environment is quiet. Debbie the leasing agent was wonderful and helpful to all my needs, and John in maintenance was always around to fix things in a timely manor. If I had not moved back to Indianapolis I would still stay there. I would highly recommend to anyone in the area to move there. Everything was wonderful.

Our first floor apartment kitchen got got flooded with our neighbors sewage. The maintenance guy was an absolute jerk to us not to mention the woman manager. She line when we were leaving and caused us to have to pay an extra month rent or it would be on our credit report. My across the hall neighbor would get mad when I park in the handicap spot. He did not have a handicap permit. I have a permit and he would tell me I was taking his spot. Horrible place! Worst place I’ve ever lived! If I can give them negative stars I would.
